We are delighted to have completed our latest ground-mounted solar farm in North Bristol / Avonmouth.
Lawrence Weston Road Solar Farm
A large-scale ground-mounted PV project located within the North Bristol / Avonmouth energy corridor, surrounded by motorway, rail, utility and industrial infrastructure.
4.5MW solar PV capacity
Ground-mounted PV
– Operational solar farm environment with multiple access interfaces and live infrastructure constraints.
– Portfolio-level commercial and procurement control, linking scope, programme and cost visibility.
– Aerial survey evidence used to support progress review, client reporting and delivery assurance.
The site sits in a complex transport and utility corridor, making access strategy, safe working zones, programme coordination and stakeholder communication critical.
Moorhouse Lane Solar Park
Located adjacent to Moorhouse Farm and positioned between major motorway infrastructure and local ecological features.
5.5MW solar PV capacity
0.5MW BESS
– Community benefit model designed to support local energy cost reduction and sustainability.
– Full renewable project pathway: feasibility, DNO application, planning, EPC and O&M.
– Managed landscape with biodiversity opportunities across hedgerows, ditches and grassland habitats.
The project demonstrates how ground-mounted PV can be integrated with existing access routes, boundaries, utilities and ecological management areas.
