North East based PHS Solutions has announced the appointment of five senior managers to its Executive Team.

Lisa Coverdale, Kirsty Tweddell, Joe Logan, Adam Holdsworth and Louis Carr have all joined the firm, which provides main contractor services focussing on the delivery of construction, decarbonisation and regeneration projects to the residential and commercial sectors.

The appointments were announced following the appointment of Mark Kearney, director who will lead the business as part of its ambitious growth strategy.

PHS Solutions is a subsidiary of parent group PHS and principle contractor, delivering turnkey solutions through established, highly skilled, customer-centric in-house delivery teams, 0800 Repair and Oakes Energy.

Lisa Coverdale has been appointed as Head of Customer Experience and will lead a team of five colleagues within the Customer Experience function. With over 35 years of experience across both the social housing and private sectors, Lisa is a strategic and customer-focused leader with a proven track record in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving continuous improvement, and leading high-performing teams. In her new role, she will oversee customer experience, resident engagement, and the development of inclusive communities, as well as marketing and communications to ensure our services reflect the needs and voices of our customers.

With over 15 years’ experience in social housing, energy and construction, Kirsty Tweddell joins the firm as Head of Sustainability and is responsible for helping the organisation to elevate its growth in the retrofit, decarbonisation and sustainability markets. She focuses on sustainable business and product development as well as helping to monitor and reduce the Group’s carbon footprint.

Joe Logan has joined as Operations Manager and is an experienced site coordinator skilled in managing building projects to meet agreed timescales, quality standards, and budget requirements. He has over 18 years’ experience working in previous roles including senior site manager, project manager and operations manager.

Adam Holdsworth has been appointed as Contracts Manager and is responsible for assisting the site team to manage contracts with variable value ranges. With over 24 years’ experience, he has worked at all levels, working his way up from an apprentice joiner to site manager, projects manager and contact manager for large construction firms.

Louis Carr has been appointed as Commercial Manager and has accumulated over 14 years’ experience in managing the commercial and contractual aspects of construction projects. Louis’ role will comprise of managing a team of quantity surveyors, to maximise profitability across the PHS business as well as driving commercial growth and administration across the group.
